T-Profiles

Used with the option to choose among our 1050–1070–3103–6005–6060 alloys, T-profiles are essential in the construction industry as infill profiles for window frames or as dividers for wall and locker panels. 

T-tracks

These T-tracks, also known as C profiles, are aluminum extrusions offering high versatility. The track has a space in it – reproducing the typical T shape – where different types of screws and nuts can be inserted. The sliding mechanism is smooth and clean.

The aluminum in T profiles offers not only great lightness, which makes it easy to transport and rapid to install, but also strong resistance mostly over time. The alloys we use are 1050, 1070, 3103, and 6060.

These aluminum T extrusions have standard dimensional tolerances equal to +/- 0,15mm, and are guaranteed by the main and most assured certifications in compliance with the European law on the subject.
 

Transition strips with shanks

Designed to protect and cover coupling elements in panels, walls, flooring, roofing, and facades in different materials, transition strips with shanks are aluminum T extrusions with a special shape, where one of the ends of the base is rounded to facilitate the installation.

These aluminum T profiles are made resorting to the mechanical properties of 6060 alloy, which specifically offers:

• easy workability
• predisposition to decorative, protective, and hard anodizing
• resistance to corrosion

Definition and characteristics of aluminum T extrusions

Aluminum T profiles are extrusions composed of two perpendicular sections – called base and height, which present the same thickness and length – where the height is placed at the center of the base. Thus, they form a 90º angle and create the characteristic T shape.
